City Agent Rosy will be glad to take you on a tour of the Digital Realty space available on level four at Avalon City.
We offer start-up packages at a considerable savings. Level four start-up package is valued at $925 but costs only $500. When you lease digital space at Avalon City, you start out with your very own customized office or retail space. These leased images are renderings from 3D models created by CSpace Designs. The entire city is a 3D model. All of the realty space is rated and priced according to its proximity from Avalon City's home page, the city entrance. When you lease space from Digital Realty, you may choose the exact location within the building.

At level four you are never more than 3 links from the home page.

Web Pages

Avalon City Design will provide one home page and four additional information pages. Design, layout, and creation of five pages is included in the package; maximum size is 8" x 10". Custom page sizes are also available. For your convenience, we've included a copy checklist that will assist you in providing us with copy (text or files) for the web pages. One of these five pages becomes the client's home page at Avalon City while the remaining four pages may contain information of your choice. You may include links to your non-Avalon City site.

Office and Retail Views

These three views are renderings of the office or retail space with one view to include your business name. Customization of the office is available at additional cost by changing the furnishings or having logo or products modeled and rendered. Furnishings are readily available at Design Depot. Costs for any additional custom modeling and rendering can be quoted by Digital Realty.

Client Art

Artwork may be included in your pages. Some examples of artwork that can be submitted are logo art, product photos, drawings, etc. Other types of artwork may be included in your pages. Electronic media is preferred; however, flat reflective art and other types of media are acceptable. For your convenience, we've included a graphic checklist that will assist you in submitting your art. You may also want to check out the video/audio checklist that explains our audio offerings.

Links to Your Pages

At level four you are guaranteed that a browsing visitor can get to your home page in 3 clicks (links) from Avalon City's home page.

E-mail

This package includes five e-mail accounts. These e-mail accounts can be used for tracking visitors to your web pages. We have some suggestions on our E-mail ideas page that explores some of the creative ways our clients use e-mail accounts.

Initial Set Up

Set up includes installation of all of your start-up pages, files and images on our servers, integrity check on all your links, a backup of these files for catastrophic recovery, and creation of your e-mail accounts.

Monthly Fee

Monthly fee includes maintenance and backup of data and five e-mail accounts. We provide a reasonable level of integrity, access, security, and site accuracy of all data. Accurate links are maintained on all your pages that reside on our web servers. You will receive a monthly Activity Report that includes the number of hits at this level and the levels above, the number of hits to the entire site, and any other relevant information such as "What's New."

Additional services

Digital Realty offers additional forms of advertising and web presence. Avalon City Design offers a full suite of design services. This team is made up of illustrators, artists, designers, 3D modelers, HTML programmers and copy writer/editors. At the Avalon City Services office you can meet with the city planners to custom- tailor your presence here. There is no limit to what or how your digital space can be created because our modeling team at CSpace Design can create virtually anything you can imagine. They are pioneers in VRML and quicktime VR&3D. At Avalon City Utilities we offer database, E-mail, list service and programming by this technical group of programmers, administrators, and engineers.
