Uther Center is the largest commercial center in Avalon City. Two majestic buildings, set side by side one with twenty three stories and the other with fifteen stories are together with some of the largest reatail and undeveloped space in Avalon City. This is a truly eclectic center with the widest varity of tenants. Office and retail space is available at levels 6 and above. Some of the current tenants of the Uther Center are:

Office space is chosen by the floor and suite number. Retail space is the inner area chosen by the floor and number of adjacent suite. Level 4 and above offices have an outside view. Level 5 and 6 offices are not available in this building. Retail space doesn't include an outside view. The building directory will show you what suites are occupied or reserved.
