Avalon City Services and Utilites are the folks that manage and maintain all of the virtual realty in our city.

We currently have four buildings that have space for lease. You may choose a start up package from Digital Realty or custom design to your own imagination and needs.

The current buildings are:

The Tor

The Tor is a dramatic dome covered twelve story cynlidrical building with spectaclur view of the Trifos buildings and the beach. I t is mostly inhabited by technical service orrinted business. Professioal services office space is availble at levels 4 and above. Retail space is availble at Level 5 and above.

Trifos

Trifos is a beautiful combination of four wedge shaped glass buildings centerd by a spctecular tower. It has great views of the Tor building, mountains and the beach.

Uther Center

Uther Center is the largest comercial center in Avalon City. Two majestic buildings of twenty three and fifteen stories are together with some of the largest reatil and undevelped space in Avalon City.

Viviane Center

Viviane Center is not currently availble for leasing but is availble for development.
