What is CU-See Me?
Cornell University has developed the CU-See Me software as a means
for sending live video and audio to other users on the Internet.
Connections are created between two users, or by many users connected
to an established reflector. Video is typically a 2 or 3 inch grayscale
image displayed at 1 to 4 frames per second, and may consume considerable
network bandwidth.
